Hilly Eijer is currently a Banqueting Manager at de Nederlandsche Bank, building on a solid foundation in the culinary industry. Their career began at Mercure aan de Amstel as a student before advancing to various roles at a Matter of Taste, where they served as a chef and junior sous chef from 2004 to 2011. Hilly continued to grow in the field at Hutten as a sous chef from 2010 to 2015, eventually taking on positions as a head chef and location manager. Hilly is pursuing their education at het Baken Almere in MAVO and HAVO, as well as studying to become a zelfstandig werkend kok at ROC van Amsterdam.
