Brandy Chadwick

Brandy Chadwick is a seasoned professional in operations management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at HUTTON since November 2021. Previously, Brandy held multiple leadership roles at CBL Properties, including Senior Director of Leasing Operations, where responsibilities involved new leasing and renewal negotiations as well as implementing technological tools for operational efficiency. Brandy also worked as Director of Business Transformation, focusing on employee onboarding and operational improvements, and served as General Manager, overseeing the financial performance of malls. Additional roles at CBL included Regional Specialty Retail Manager and Assistant General Manager. Brandy's career began at Paul Cummings World Wide Enterprises in client relations. Brandy holds a degree from Middle Tennessee State University and graduated with honors from East Ridge High School.
