Anna Ott

Anna Ott has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Anna is currently serving as the VP People at HV Capital, a successful venture capitalist firm in Europe. In 2022, they became a member of the VC Platform Global Community. Anna is also a Steering Committee Member at VentureESG and a Member of Global Women in VC, both since 2021. Their work as an Advisory Board Member at Kienbaum began in 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded The Secret HR Society in 2015. Anna has worked as an HR consultant, speaker, and lecturer at frauott, advising HR tech startups and helping them with product development and go-to-market strategies. Anna has also held roles as an HR Advisor at GermanZero in 2020 and as an Advisor at Circular and Talents Connect from 2019 to 2020.

Anna Ott completed their education from 2001 to 2004 at Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW), where they pursued Dual Studies on International Management and graduated with a Diploma. Their field of study included International Management and Project Management. In 2022, Anna also obtained a certification as a Strengths Coach from Gallup.
