Noah Hitt is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Resident Engineer and Office Engineer at HVEA Engineers since August 2018, providing construction services for various projects. Previously, Noah held the position of Office Engineer at HNTB, focusing on environmental compliance oversight for the New NY Bridge Project. Prior to that role, Noah worked at HVEA Engineers as a Senior Inspector and Office Engineer, and at Matthew D Rudikoff Associates as a Planner and GIS Analyst. Noah Hitt holds a Master of Urban Planning from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Land Use Planning from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
