Dev Chelliah

Dev Chelliah, PE, has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as Managing Owner and Business Development Manager at HVJ Associates® since May 2014. Prior roles include Structural Engineer at Houston Offshore Engineering from January 2013 to April 2014, Site Engineer for Brunel Energy on a contract basis with Shell from November 2010 to December 2012, and Senior Structural Engineer at INTECSEA from August 2008 to October 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, complemented by foundational education at various institutions in Sri Lanka.
