HW Planning is a full service planning consultancy, established by Harry Walsh. This newly formed practice represents a fresh approach. Our strong values and commitment to our clients manifest themselves in independent, honest and evidence-based advice.

This practice, like planning itself, is about making connections. Connecting information. Connecting people. Connecting places. That’s what we do. We are strategic thinkers. We understand the bigger picture and know how to piece together the sometimes-complex development puzzle. We value relationships, be it technical – developing links between evidence and policy to justify a specific position or influence decision making - or personal - making introductions, building and harnessing partnerships to achieve mutual benefits. We recognise that these connections define success, which is different for every client and every project. We are development advocates and add value to the development process. We help manage risk, guarantee quality and provide strong communication. We are ‘go-to’ people, creative and problems solvers by nature. We are personable and genuine about customer service. We marry understanding with the capability to deliver. There is trust in what we do. We are HW Planning.
