Ray Visaiz

Ray Visaiz currently serves as the Dean of Faculty & Staff and Assistant Director of the Learning Center at Harvard-Westlake School, a position held since July 2021, where responsibilities include implementing programs to enhance student advocacy skills and study habits. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Student Success and Guided Study Teacher & Mindshift Mentor at Futures Academy from February 2018 to May 2021, and Assistant Center Director at C2 Educational Centers from August 2016 to February 2018. Additional experience encompasses serving as a Library Assistant and LGBT Events Specialist at California State University Channel Islands from January 2014 to August 2016. Ray Visaiz is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership at UCLA, expected to be completed in May 2027, and holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from California State University Channel Islands, earned between 2020 and 2022, alongside a degree in Communication and Business & Non-Profit obtained in 2016.
