Tim Smith

Tim Smith has extensive experience in education and the performing arts, currently serving as the Sr. Student Support Coordinator and 8th Grade Human Development Teacher at Harvard-Westlake School since August 2011. In this role, Tim supports the Head of Middle School, manages administrative tasks for the Middle School Deans and School Psychologists, creates curriculum and lessons for 8th grade, and organizes school-wide events. Tim is also an active member of the Los Angeles Opera Chorus, with over 145 mainstage productions and a significant role in collective bargaining and artist representation since 1995. Prior experience includes project management in blood donor services at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center and emergency medical services at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. Tim holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from California State University, Northridge and a college prep diploma from Ygnacio Valley High School.
