HWA.DESIGN is a Berlin-based design studio helping companies bring clarity, consistency, and impact to their brands and digital products.

Founded by design leader Henning Witzel-Acikgöz, the studio blends strategy, storytelling, and design craft to create experiences that connect meaningfully with users and move businesses forward.

Our work spans branding, websites, and digital products — from early-stage vision to launch and beyond. Every engagement begins with uncovering what matters most: understanding users, defining goals, and aligning teams around a shared direction.

Sometimes that clarity comes through a Story Mapping Sprint; other times through brand workshops, UX strategy, or creative direction. However we start, the outcome is the same — a clear path and design that feels effortless.

We partner with ambitious teams who want more than visuals: they want design that helps them think, decide, and grow.

Clarity first. Design second.
