Mario Steinel

Mario Steinel is an experienced engineer specializing in electrical systems within the automotive and motorsport industries. Currently serving as a Technischer Projektleiter E/E at HWA AG since February 2022, Mario previously worked as a System Engineer at Porsche Engineering, where contributions included the conceptualization of a Battery Junction Box for battery-electric vehicles in motorsport. Mario's background encompasses various roles, including a student assistant at the University of Stuttgart and multiple internships and work-study positions at leading companies such as Daimler AG and MAN Truck & Bus SE. Additionally, Mario held significant roles at Global Formula Racing, leading the electrical aspect of E-Powertrain development for Formula Student racecars, showcasing a strong foundation in electrical engineering and system design.
