Joseph Bell

Joseph Bell, P.E., PMP, is currently the Roadway Department Manager at HWC Engineering, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Manager at HWC Engineering from 2020 to 2022 and held multiple roles, including In House Services Manager and Consultant Services Manager, at the Indiana Department of Transportation from 2019 to 2020. Joseph began their career as a Highway Design Engineer, focusing on transportation infrastructure projects in Southern Indiana. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and hold two Bachelor of Arts degrees in General Studies from Transylvania University.
