Joseph Wright, P.E., STP, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering. Currently a Project Manager at HWC Engineering since October 2020, Joseph previously served as a Civil Engineer at LJB Inc., focusing on roadway and drainage design for ODOT projects from February 2013 to October 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Cincinnati, where research centered on low impact development’s effects on combined sewer overflows and the energy-water nexus, alongside teaching hydrology and hydraulic systems. Additional roles at CDM and Conestoga-Rovers & Associates involved environmental assessments and stormwater management. Joseph holds a Master of Sustainable Transportation from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both from the University of Cincinnati.
