Mason Gordon currently serves as the Economic Development Team Lead at HWC Engineering, overseeing the formation of the Accelerate Rural Indiana Regional Development Authority (ARIRDA) and leading efforts to secure substantial funding for regional development initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Purdue Extension Community Development, where Mason contributed to economic analyses for local decision-makers, and multiple internships in government relations and advocacy focusing on agricultural and economic issues. Mason holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, an M.A. in Rural Futures Planning and Innovation from the University of Galway, and an A.S. in Agriculture with High Honors from Lincoln Land Community College. Notably, during tenure as Indiana FFA State Southern Region Vice President, Mason delivered numerous leadership workshops and speeches, impacting over 11,000 FFA members.
