Shane Floyd

Shane Floyd currently serves as an Associate at HWC Engineering since January 2023 and has been a Co-Owner of Honey Creek Hunt Club, a 1000-acre hunting and fishing club, since January 2022. As the Business Owner of BirJax Group LLC, which includes Puddle Jumpers Aquatics and Grace Solutions, Shane has managed a multi-brand business since January 2013, focusing on water management services. Previously, Shane held various roles including Owner of Grace Solutions from March 2017 to February 2023, Business Development at United Consulting Engineers from June 2003 to February 2017, Facilities Manager at Environmental Management Company from January 1998 to February 2003, and Trails Specialist at the Indiana Department of Natural Resources from May 1997 to February 1998. Shane's education includes studying Conservation Law Enforcement at Vincennes University, Montana State University-Bozeman, and Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
