Troy Swan

Troy Swan is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in inspection, project management, and environmental engineering. Currently serving as Director of Inspection and Senior Project Manager at HWC Engineering since April 2014, Troy has previously held the position of Water Services Engineer/Project Manager at HNTB from March 2009 to March 2014 and worked as an Environmental Engineer for the City of Terre Haute, IN, from January 2001 to February 2006. Troy holds a degree from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, attained between 1996 and 2001.
