HWKN is a New York based, global architecture innovation firm, led by Matthias Hollwich, partnering with cities, developers, and entrepreneurial clients to maximize the impact and value of their real estate assets. We enrich the development site, user experience, and balance sheet through creative input during all planning stages. We create Opportunity Maps, Forward-Thinking Typologies, Unforgettable Buildings, Interiors with Personality, Activated Communities, and Branded Places. The future we believe in grows from the surrounding context, cultural trends, and the sculptural power of architectural form.
