Luke Easterling

Luke Easterling, P.E., is currently the Sr. PM and Dallas Design Lead at Lochner. They previously held roles as a Senior Project Manager at RPS and a Project Manager at Jacobs, following their tenure as a Project Engineer at CH2M HILL. Luke began their career as an Engineering Intern at Texas Sterling Construction Co. and later at CH2M HILL. They earned their degree from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
