Andy Hextall

Andy Hextall is the President & CEO of hXpath, a boutique recruitment consultancy focused on the logistics and international freight forwarding industry. They have led hXpath since 2019, recruiting professionals globally across airfreight, ocean freight, domestic freight, customs brokerage, sales, and general management. Prior to founding hXpath, they held leadership roles including Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the US Western Region at Kuehne + Nagel from 2014 to 2019. They earned a BA Honors in Spanish with International Business Studies from Swansea University and completed an Erasmus scheme at Universidad de Murcia (2004–2005). They have lived in Southern California since 2008.
