Change everything, without changing your engines!
Hy-Boost is an on-demand Hydrogen enrichment system that retrofits onto any existing diesel engine. The addition of Hydrogen to the engine’s air intake results in a cleaner burn and greater efficiency - Without mechanical modifications.
Australian industry burns over 30 billion litres of diesel every year,
releasing almost 84 million tons of CO2, and costing billions of dollars in
fuel waste and consumables such as diesel particulate filters and AdBlue.
Hy-Boost changes everything - Without changing your engines.
Hy-Boost on-demand Hydrogen enrichment reduces emissions
and burns less diesel, allowing decarbonisation to make financial sense.
Systems are available to create an impact now,
on the long journey to net zero.
Based on years of research and testing, the Hy-Boost system generates hydrogen ‘on demand’ at a speed and volume that differentiates us from our competitors. This produces superior fuels savings and emissions reductions.
The Hy-Boost system provides a cost-effective transition step for existing combustion engines.
The hydrogen produced by the Hy-Boost system is delivered to the engines combustion chamber so that it is a supplementary fuel source. This:
- Reduces fuel consumption by up to 35%;
- Increases Power;
- Burns fuel more efficiently and cleans the engine; and
- Reduces particulate matter & emissions significantly (up to 94%).

Importantly:
- Suitable for all sizes of engines and applications.
- Small amounts of hydrogen are combusted in the engine with no real measurable changes in engine or exhaust temperature.
- No hydrogen is stored on-board – it is produced on-demand.
- Our Hy-Boost systems can be retro-fitted to any internal combustion engine to allow for immediate savings in fuel and emissions reduction.
