Billy Carter is an experienced engineering and logistics professional with a demonstrated history in the logistics and supply chain industry. With skills in operations management, supply chain optimization, and logistics management, Billy previously held leadership roles, including Vice President at Hy-Tek Intralogistics and Tompkins Solutions. Billy also worked as an Industrial Engineer at HEB and managed industrial engineering efforts at Kohl's Department Stores.
