Foutch Brothers are bringing new life to the historic Stockyards District of Kansas City at the former Kemper Arena.  The $39 million dollar renovation has transformed the single level arena into a multi-level, multi-functional, event and sports complex.

Installation of the second floor creates over 82,000 square feet of column-free event space outfitted with 12 basketball courts.  Sports agility, fitness facilities, golf simulators, hydrotherapy pools, healthcare services, retail outlets, and dining services will surround the two floors of hardwood courts.  Perched above the second level court will be one of the largest indoor practice tracks in the United States at 350m in length.

HyVee Arena will be a training and tournament complex for athletes of all skill levels and in all sports.  Our facilities are going to equip athletes with the proper warm-up, coaching and cool down to maximize their development.
