Michael Graham

Michael Graham is an accomplished retail leader with extensive experience in store operations management, currently serving as District Store Director at Hy-Vee, Inc. since February 2008. Michael has held various positions within the company, including Manager of Store Operations, Manager of General Merchandise, and Manager of Perishables, demonstrating a strong ability in overseeing diverse product categories and driving profitability through strategic planning and market research. Prior to Hy-Vee, Michael was Store Director and Human Resources Manager at Sentyrz Supermarket and Store Manager at S&S Food Store, consistently achieving significant increases in sales and operational efficiency. Michael holds an M.B.A. in Executive Development from Drake University, a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, and completed training in Effective Communications & Human Relations through Dale Carnegie.
