Alan Mass has an extensive career in the hospitality industry spanning several decades. Beginning at Marriott International in hotel management from January 1989 to January 1996, Alan later served as Regional VP of Operations for Lodgeworks from January 2005 to August 2011. Currently, Alan holds the position of Area General Manager for Hyatt House and Hyatt Place at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since April 2018, alongside the role of General Manager for Hyatt House. Alan earned a BA in communications from California State University, Fullerton, between 1982 and 1985.
