Alexia Chamorro has extensive experience in the fields of language translation, teaching, and guest service management. Currently serving as a Guest Experience Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since March 2024, Alexia has been a freelance translator and language teacher since November 2012. Previous roles include Human Resources positions at Cemex Caribe and AGBAR, where responsibilities involved developing training programs and corporate language initiatives.
