Carlos Herrera

Carlos Herrera is currently the Corporate IT Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at Hyatt Inclusive Collection, overseeing IT operations, governance, and security while managing a team of over 30 IT professionals. Previously, Carlos served as the Corporate Infrastructure Manager at Karisma Hotels & Resorts, where they successfully reduced costs and improved guest satisfaction through innovative IT infrastructure solutions. With a foundational background in software design and development, they developed the first multimedia ATM system for the Comisión Federal de Electricidad. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Administration from Universidad La Salle de Cancún and a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Mérida.
