Dejan Popadic is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage operations and hotel management across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President for Openings & Transitions EMEA at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Dejan oversees hotel openings in the region. Prior to this role, Dejan was the Chief Operating Officer at Azumi Ltd, managing renowned brands such as Zuma and Roka. Dejan has held multiple leadership positions within Hyatt, including Corporate Director of Food & Beverage for EMEA/SWA, and has significant experience with Nikki Beach Global, Marriott International, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, and Hilton. Dejan's academic background includes a degree in Tourism Merchant, Hotel Administration/Management from Kaerntner Tourismus Schule Villach.
