Jim Mitilier

Jim Mitilier has extensive experience in information technology and management, with a current role as Director of Contact Center Information Technology for Global Contact Centers at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since November 2010. Prior to this, Jim held various positions within Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, including Assistant Director of Contact Center Information Technology and Manager of Information Technology at the Omaha Reservation Center, focusing on network infrastructure and support services. Earlier in career history, Jim served as a LAN Administrator at Artios and honed technical and logistical skills during military service with the United States Marine Corps as a Supply/Fiscal/Logistics Officer. Jim holds an M.S. in Management Information Systems and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bellevue University, along with additional certifications from Creighton University and a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
