John Prusnick is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Field Technology Services at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since August 2024, John manages a team of over 140 colleagues, focusing on IT evaluation for full-service hotels and aligning technology investments with Hyatt's strategic vision. Prior to this role, John worked as Senior Director of Hospitality Systems at Sonesta International Hotels from June 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included developing IT systems to enhance the guest experience.
