Kat Kim is currently the Head of Creative at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a position held since 2023. Previously, Kat served as Vice President of Creative at Dream Hotel Group from 2020 to 2023 and worked as a Senior Project Manager & Designer at Beyer Blinder Belle from 2017 to 2020. Kat has also held roles as a Project Manager & Business Development at Objective Subject (2010-2012) and as Design Director at Murphy & Dine Studio (2007-2009). In academia, Kat contributed as an Assistant Critic at Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School PennDesign. Kat is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Architecture from Princeton University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Columbia University.
