Leah Levar, PHR, SHRM CP, is the Area Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they oversee HR operations for multiple properties in the Pacific Northwest. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Leah previously held roles at Thompson Hotels and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, focusing on employee engagement and organizational success. Leah serves as a board member with Seattle SHRM and has contributed to various leadership roles within the organization since 2015. Currently, Leah is pursuing a degree in Hospitality at Washington State University.
