Lee Hillson is an accomplished Executive Chef currently leading culinary operations at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa since 2019. Previously, they served as Executive Sous Chef at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass from 2016 to 2019 and held the same position at The Phoenician Resort from 2012 to 2016. Prior to these roles, Lee was the Executive Chef at Royal Palms Resort and Spa and an Executive Sous Chef there from 2004 to 2012.
