Luis E Casado has extensive experience in various leadership roles, particularly in process, production, and standards management within the hospitality and food industries. Notable positions include Process & Production Team Leader at Nestlé México from August 2005 to November 2011, Sr. Business Transformation and Strategic Planning Consultant at Genkco from December 2011 to May 2014, and Standards Manager at Grupo Posadas from May 2014 to August 2015. Since April 2016, Luis serves as Process and Standardization Manager at Hyatt, where successful development of global standardization and innovation projects has been achieved, including the implementation of over 30 brand standards and OS&E for new hotel openings and conversions across Mexico and LATAM.
