Manuel Melenchon

Manuel Melenchon is currently the Managing Director South EAME at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as Managing Director Europe for the Hyatt Inclusive Collection in 2023. With a robust background in hotel management, Manuel has held several significant roles including Corporate Director at NH University and Managing Director for Central & Eastern Europe at NH Hotels. Their career includes a recent tenure as VP Operations Asia with Minor Hotels from 2019 to 2023. Manuel is pursuing a Master’s in Hotel Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid while also holding degrees from IESE and ENAE Business School.
