Mark Pardue is currently the Senior Vice President of Field Operations for the Americas at Hyatt, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, Mark served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Human Resources for Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 2016 to 2021. They have extensive experience in hotel management, having held roles such as General Manager at both the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino (2006-2010) and the Grand Hyatt New York (2010-2015), as well as Area Vice President at Park Hyatt New York (2015-2016). Mark is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology, at Appalachian State University.
