Michael Collins is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on the hospitality industry. Michael's career spans various roles, including Learning Manager and Training Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi, where pre-opening support was provided for luxury properties. As Area Director of Human Resources for Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait at Grand Hyatt, and currently for the Netherlands and Sweden at Hyatt, Michael has demonstrated leadership in managing HR functions across multiple regions. Michael's background also includes positions at One&Only Resorts and Park Hyatt, and a foundation in hospitality education with a National Diploma from Durban University of Technology.
