Michael Munyao is a result-driven leader with over 10 years of experience in the Security Industry, currently serving as the Director of Cyber Security Risk & Compliance at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. They previously held multiple roles at Hyatt, including Senior Manager of Cyber Security Operations & Threat Intelligence, and gained valuable experience as a Network Engineer at Liquid Telecom and a Cyber Security Consultant. Michael earned a Master’s Degree in Computer, Information and Network Security from DePaul University, graduating summa cum laude, and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Maseno University. Their expertise spans incident response, threat intelligence, and various cyber security operations.
