Pablo E. Graf

Pablo E. Graf is a seasoned hospitality executive with extensive experience in operations and management across various regions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since February 2012, Pablo leads the regional corporate office in Dubai, overseeing operations for Hyatt hotels and mixed-use properties in South Asia, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Previous roles include Regional Vice President & Managing Director at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, where Pablo managed operational oversight and development for properties in Mexico and the Caribbean, and General Manager at Park Hyatt Dubai, where Pablo successfully opened the flagship hotel in the Middle East. An accomplished leader, Pablo has held numerous general manager positions with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, notably opening several key properties in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Educational credentials include a BS in Hotel Administration from the University of Houston and multiple executive programs at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, as well as a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
