Penny Bowden is the Area Director of Colleague Experience for Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Regency San Antonio, currently overseeing the human resources function for two downtown Hyatt hotels. Previously, Penny served as the Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa from 1992 to 2012. Penny earned a BA in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin from 1977 to 1981.
