Robert Dolehide

Robert Dolehide is the Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at Hyatt Hotels, specializing in transactions within Latin America and the Caribbean. With a robust background as an international hospitality and transactions attorney, Robert has experience in both private and public sectors, including roles as a corporate counsel and law clerk for appellate judges. They studied law at The University of Texas and hold degrees from Georgetown University and various international institutions. Previous roles include advising on mergers and acquisitions at Baker McKenzie and conducting legal research for the U.S. Court of Appeals.
