Sarah Pollock

Sarah Pollock is a revenue management professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Revenue Management at Hyatt, overseeing three major downtown hotel properties. Previously, Sarah held various roles within Hyatt, including Revenue Analyst and Sales Manager, demonstrating a strong capability in strategic pricing, market analysis, and collaboration across departments. Sarah's career began as a Guest Service Agent and later as an Events Service Manager at Hotel Parq Central, where foundational skills in customer service were honed. Sarah graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from The University of New Mexico in 2015.
