Sharon Evans is a Senior Human Resources Leader with expertise in driving people strategy, culture, and business outcomes in Australia and New Zealand. They served as the Area Director of Human Resources for Hyatt since 2023 and previously held roles as Director of Talent & Culture at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne and Workforce Planning Manager at Autism Partnership Australia. They began their career at Park Hyatt Melbourne, where they progressed from Human Resources Manager to Director of Human Resources. Additionally, Sharon is working towards a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at Charles Sturt University.
