Stephan Pechlaner

Stephan Pechlaner is the Global Sales Director for Corporate and M&E at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a position held since 2017. Previously, they served as an Account Director in Group Sales at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where they managed clients in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland from 2010 to 2017. With experience as a Chef de Rang in various prestigious hotels early in their career, Stephan has built a diverse background in the hospitality industry, underscored by formal education in hotel management. They completed an apprenticeship as a qualified hotelier and later earned a degree similar to an MBA in hotel management from Hotelfachschule Heidelberg.
