Ted Knighton

Ted Knighton is the Managing Director at Thompson Palm Springs Resort, part of the Hyatt Lifestyle Group. They previously served as General Manager at Thompson San Antonio and The Alida in Savannah, among other leadership roles in the hospitality industry, including positions with Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Ted has a strong background in operations and guest experience, with certifications as a Southern Region Certified Service Culture Trainer. They are currently pursuing degrees in Resort Management and International Hospitality Management at Johnson and Wales University.
