Tim Wargo

Tim Wargo is an experienced professional currently serving as the Renovations Director for Essentials at Hyatt Hotels. In this role, Tim oversees product quality and consistency across Hyatt's various product lines, collaborating with a range of stakeholders including architects, designers, and franchise owners. Previously, Tim held the position of Director of Project Services, Design and Construction at Hyatt Hotels, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with brand standards for renovations and new builds. Tim’s extensive background also features supervisory roles in manufacturing and operations management, as well as past experience as an Infantryman in the Indiana Army National Guard.
