Missy Paramo is currently the Training & Development Manager at HYBE, where Missy helps aspiring artist trainees grow into HYBE AMERICA artists. As the Founder of LMP Creative Services since 2011, Missy oversees contracts, rates, and event planning for talent internationally. In their role as Project Manager at Fiorente Global, Missy managed focus groups with global brands internationally. Missy also has experience in marketing and office management roles at companies such as STEPS Dance Center, LA Dance Magic, and The Los Angeles Film School. Missy's background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago.
