Erma R. has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Erma started their career in 2013 as an Event Manager at Zlg Sdn Bhd and then moved on to work as a Campaign and Account Manager at RinggitPlus from 2014 to 2015. Erma also worked as a Campaign Manager at Komli Media in 2015. In the same year, they joined AdParlor in Asia Pacific as a Senior Ad Operations Manager. In 2016, they became an Ad Operations Manager at Pixels Digital where they worked till 2018. In the same year, they joined Xaxis Malaysia as a Senior Manager Operations. Currently, they are working as a Digital Operations Manager at Hybrid, a media company.

Erma R. attended Swinburne University of Technology from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
