Christopher Rivera is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in customer success and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Customer Success Engineer at HYCU, Inc. since March 2022, Christopher has previously held positions such as Solutions Architect at Presidio and Sr Solutions Engineer at IBM. With a career spanning over two decades, roles at Verizon Terremark, FusionStorm, Telefonica, and Patagon.com have further honed expertise in system administration and engineering. Christopher began a career in information technology as an intern at Osceola County School District and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida.
