Casper started their career as a Co Founder of Rustiq Furniture, where they developed and matured a furniture business while completing their masters in entrepreneurship. This hands-on experience provided him with valuable insights into the challenges and requirements of running a business.
Casper then worked as a Student Assistant in Mayor Management - Logistics & Service at Odense Kommune, where they focused on compliance management and implementing innovative approaches to operational processes.
Casper also worked as an Innovation Instructor at Syddansk Universitet, where their role was to motivate and facilitate innovation and entrepreneurship within the faculty of science.
Casper gained experience as a Product Developer at Flindt-Kristensen, where they contributed to the further development of a Tablet Stand for primary schools.
Casper co-founded MMMarketing.dk, a spare-time company specializing in website development, SEO, and online marketing. This experience taught him the importance of communication, clarity, and the administrative aspects of running a business.
At HYDAC Group, Casper held various roles, including Innovation & Development Manager at HYDAC Denmark, where they focused on developing new strategies and business models related to servitization, IoT, and robotics.
Casper also founded and led the HYDAC Business Innovation Group, an innovation team that aimed to drive sustainability and change in the hydraulics industry. In their current role as the Head of HYDAC Business Innovation Group, Casper leads the charge in driving innovation for the company's after-sales MRO market globally. Their focus is on leveraging technology and data to create connected, efficient, and sustainable solutions for customers through innovative software.

Casper Ladeby obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Product Development and Innovation from the University of Southern Denmark in 2016. Casper also completed an exchange program in Business Engineering at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in the same year. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in PDI, Technology Entrepreneurship, and Business Development from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Casper studied Kemi, biologi og psykologi at Selandia CEU from 2007 to 2010.
