Jerome Kaspar is currently the Head of Engineering-IT at HYDAC Group, where they lead the management of strategic and administrative activities bridging engineering and IT. They previously served as a Senior Consultant for Model-based Systems Engineering at :em engineering methods AG and worked as a Race Engineer for Reiter Engineering in the GT4 European Series. Jerome has also held positions as a Research and Student Assistant at Saarland University and taught as a Lecturer at both ASW Berufsakademie Saarland e.V. and Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes. They are pursuing a PhD at Saarland University, where they also earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science.
