Maya Sinclair Hall

Maya Sinclair Hall is a continuous improvement leader who currently works at HYDAC Group as a Continuous Improvement Leader for Compact and Mobile Hydraulics. Previously, they served as an Assistant Plant Manager and held various engineering roles, including Design Engineer at M & M Manufacturing Company, where they implemented lean techniques to enhance operational efficiency. Maya earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Christian University and later obtained a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington, graduating with a 3.9 GPA. They also contributed as a Learning Assistant and Tutor at TCU Athletics Department and gained valuable experience as a research assistant focused on improving technology for underwater autonomous vehicles.
